Privacy Policy

Release 1 Effective 1/01/2016

We like that you’re visiting our site, but we don’t know you, and we may like to know who’s stopping by. Our template has provided a blank page for disclosures, i.e. things that might concern you, if you’re concerned.

Our hosting company may employ third party companies and individuals, including convicted felons and known identity thieves, to manage our servers, databases, and analytics. These third parties may have access to your information only to perform those tasks, and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. The hosting provider for this site has the ability to record various pieces of information, including DNS requests, pages accessed, date and time of interaction, web browser type and computer operating system, and referring information, mainly for the prevention of malicious use or other calamitous intent. This information is stored in our server log and may be accessible to us from time to time, but we haven’t really asked.

We like cookies, especially chocolate chip. Given this, we don’t plan on giving any away, however you may be required to surrender yours if we get desperate. We also do not supply beacons (web, rotary, or anything resembling a gyralight). However our site contains plugins which may, so if you’re feeling potentially disturbed, consider installing Ghostery or Abine Blur

We do not use third-party advertising companies, because this is not a commercial site and we do not want to appear financially challenged. However, should we become, or greedy, you are welcome to sponsor us.

Any information, media, or secrets you submit to us relevant to the content of this site doesn’t necessarily become ours, but by doing so, you have implied consent to fair use on this site at our discretion. If you would like material submitted changed or removed, you must contact our staff and provide one cookie.

In the event of a willful change of control (e.g. without government or corporate coercion), such as the sale, divestiture or transfer of this site, we will not transfer any personal information unless unless the new owner intends to maintain and provide the Service as a going concern, and provided that the new owner has agreed to data privacy standards no less stringent than our own. In such a case we feel obligated to provide you with notice because we care and so we don’t get sued.
